These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and walo88 ("walo88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the walo88 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at walo88.one and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by walo88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of walo88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the walo88 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

walo88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by walo88 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games and services on walo88, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the walo88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your walo88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. walo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): walo88 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. walo88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy, as notified to you in advance.

All financial transactions on the walo88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your walo88 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. walo88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. walo88 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not been verified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• walo88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• walo88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-linked balance.

walo88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. walo88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: walo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the walo88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to walo88 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing walo88 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

All content on the walo88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of walo88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from walo88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any walo88 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of walo88's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by walo88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, walo88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond walo88's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that walo88 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, walo88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager to the player's account. This shall be the player's sole remedy in such circumstances.

walo88 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account on walo88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalized gaming services.

walo88 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, walo88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required security checks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting walo88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the walo88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact walo88 customer support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent walo88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

walo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, walo88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the walo88 Platform at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
